Environmental Scientist
An Environmental Scientist is involved with helping to protect and conserve the environment by studying how humans interact with the environment and developing ways to reduce the negative impacts. Environmental Scientists are involved in a wide range of activities including studying soil, air and water pollution, researching waste management, studying acid rain, and proposing best management practices for land and water conservation. They also play a vital role in helping to ensure that animals, plants, and aquatic species are properly cared for and protected.
