Summary: This resource provides an overview of construction management at what might be described as three levels. An outline of management contracting is followed by more detailed consideration of two very practical aspects of construction management, organisation and control at site level and the use of critical path network planning and its derivatives to establish project programs. As an adjunct to the latter, the final chapter looks at resource scheduling.
