This is a comprehensive summary of key developments in the Tanzanian economy from independence to date. About the Author Professor Odass Bilame, currently an Associate Professor in the Department of Economics at the St. Augustine University of Tanzania, is an economist with practical knowledge in advanced Micro and Macro Economics, Public Finance, Agricultural economics, Natural Resources, and Environment Economics.
